Your Delivery Journey
This policy explains how Qivelladora prepares, dispatches, and delivers orders within Hong Kong, including coverage, charges, timing, payment, customer responsibilities, delays, and delivery concerns.
Stage One: Delivery Coverage
Qivelladora delivers exclusively within Hong Kong. We do not ship internationally. Customers must provide a complete address, accurate telephone number, and reasonable access instructions.
Delivery is free for every accepted order. No shipping charge is added at checkout or collected at the doorstep.
Stage Two: Order Preparation
Qivelladora requires 1 business day to prepare and ship an accepted order. This includes reviewing details, confirming availability, packaging the item, and arranging courier collection. An order acknowledgment does not confirm dispatch.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays. Orders received outside processing periods begin preparation the next business day. Incomplete information may delay preparation.
Stage Three: Transit Window
After shipping, transit requires 1 to 2 business days. The total delivery estimate is 2 to 3 business days and begins when a complete order enters preparation.
Delays may result from severe weather, flooding, transport disruption, building restrictions, access difficulties, incorrect information, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control. Qivelladora will communicate a material known delay using the order contact details.
Stage Four: Cash on Delivery
Qivelladora uses Cash on Delivery only. The full order amount is payable to the courier upon delivery. Customers should prepare the required amount and follow communicated payment instructions.
We do not accept advance website payments, cards, or installments. Free shipping does not remove the obligation to pay the product price. Without payment, delivery may fail.
Customer Delivery Responsibilities
Customers must review their contact details, product selection, and address before ordering. Contact shopping@qivelladora.com promptly for corrections. Changes may be unavailable after dispatch.
An adult or recipient should receive and pay for the order. Delivery is completed when the parcel is handed to that person at the stated address.
If an inaccurate address, unavailable access, absent recipient, or refused payment prevents delivery, Qivelladora may cancel the order or consider another attempt, subject to applicable law.
Receiving and Reviewing Your Parcel
Upon delivery, review the parcel and product promptly. If the product arrived damaged or is not the product ordered, email shopping@qivelladora.com within 30 business days from delivery. Keep the product in its original packaging and include order details, an explanation, and photographs where available.
Eligible returns receive free doorstep collection without a restocking fee. Qivelladora assesses collected items within twenty-four hours. Damaged or incorrect products qualify for exchange, or a bank transfer refund if replacements are unavailable. Refunds may take 7 business days to appear. Change-of-mind returns are unavailable. Legal Standards and Customer Rights
This policy operates alongside the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), the Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458), and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553), where applicable.
Delivery contact information and related records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Nothing in this policy excludes a statutory right or solution that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with this policy, that requirement prevails.
We use these details only to coordinate order, delivery, support, and related legal or operational records.
