1. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Qivelladora and use of our website. Qivelladora is based in Hong Kong and sells products only to customers with delivery addresses in Hong Kong. By placing an order, receiving a delivery, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use the website.
2. Product Information and Availability
We aim to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences.
Products remain subject to availability. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, delivery cannot be completed, or fraud is reasonably suspected. We will communicate material issues using your contact details. Nothing on our website is intended to misdirect customers or omit information.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms. An automated acknowledgment only confirms receipt. A binding sales contract forms when Qivelladora confirms dispatch or delivers the product, whichever occurs first. We may contact you to confirm the order, address, availability, or delivery arrangements.
You must provide accurate contact details and a complete Hong Kong delivery address. Contact shopping@qivelladora.com promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may be unavailable after dispatch.
4. Prices and Cash on Delivery
Prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars unless stated otherwise. The price displayed at checkout is the amount payable, subject to correction of an obvious error before contract formation. Qivelladora uses Cash on Delivery only. You must pay the full order amount to the courier when delivery occurs. Please prepare the required amount and follow any payment instructions communicated before arrival.
Shipping is free. We do not accept prepaid online payments, cards, or installments. Repeated failure to accept a valid order may affect future orders, subject to applicable law.
5. Hong Kong Delivery Schedule
Our total delivery timeline is two to three business days. We require 1 business day to prepare and ship the product, followed by 1 to 2 business days in transit. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays.
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by severe weather, access restrictions, incorrect details, courier disruption, or events beyond reasonable control. We will communicate material delays. Delivery is complete when the product reaches the stated address. We ship within Hong Kong only.
6. Limited Thirty Day Return Right
Our return window lasts thirty calendar days from the delivery date. A return is available only when the delivered product is damaged or is different from the product ordered. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, preference, fit, color choice, or an ordering mistake, except where Hong Kong law provides a non-excludable right.
To request a return, email shopping@qivelladora.com within the return window with order details, an issue description, and supporting photographs where available. The product must remain in its original packaging and be available for collection.
Qivelladora charges no restocking fee and no doorstep collection fee. We will arrange collection from the Hong Kong delivery address or another agreed Hong Kong address.
7. Assessment, Exchange, and Refund
After doorstep collection, Qivelladora will assess the returned product within 24-hour. If we determine that the product was delivered damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an exchange. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead. These solutions do not restrict any mandatory solution available under Hong Kong law.
An eligible refund is sent by bank transfer after the 24-hour assessment period. We may request accurate bank and order details needed for the transfer. Funds may take up to seven business days to appear, depending on your banking provider. Qivelladora is not responsible for bank processing time outside its control.
8. Website Conduct and Intellectual Property
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. You must not misuse it, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, impersonate another person, or submit false orders.
9. Liability and Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited. Subject to mandatory law, Qivelladora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract formed. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms operate alongside the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458), Consumer Goods Safety Ordinance (Cap. 456), Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553), and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), as applicable. Statutory rights prevail over inconsistent wording.
10. Privacy, Changes, and Governing Law
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We may revise these Terms prospectively to reflect operational or legal changes. The version presented when your contract forms governs that order unless law requires otherwise.
Hong Kong law governs these Terms, and Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Questions, complaints, return requests, and legal notices may be sent to shopping@qivelladora.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and seek a fair resolution.
